Shawn Morris
COO
Shawn’s career in general contracting started with a hammer in his hand and built up from there. Years of working in the field and managing crews give him the kind of practical know-how that only comes from experience.

Dan Brannon
CFO
Graduating with an architecture degree from the University of Colorado, Dan brings a decade of experience managing high-end residential design/build projects throughout Colorado.

With a keen eye for details and a desire to impose order on chaos, Dan naturally found his niche managing operations and finances. When he's not behind his computer or walking the jobsite, you can find him riding the slopes, paddling the lake, or tinkering on the golf course. Go Buffs!

Jordan Chadrick
Project Manager
 Jordan has built a diverse background in commercial property operations, maintenance, and project management. His experience includes supporting building operations, preventative maintenance, contractor coordination, and on-site facility management, including work at the Colorado Department of Public Health campus.

Since 2020, Jordan has expanded his experience through roofing, landscaping, residential handyman services, and certified radon mitigation. Jordan brings a broad range of hands-on knowledge, adaptability, and a strong work ethic to every project.
Hector Mendez
Project Manager
Hector has over 30 years of construction experience, specializing in commercial, residential, and HOA projects. He has helped build some of the Front Range’s most well-known facilities and has managed more than 400 complexes across Colorado.
Hector is focused on running every project safely and efficiently, with an emphasis on avoiding delays and conflicts. His goal is to complete projects ahead of schedule while delivering quality work with no punch-list items. Safety is always his number-one priority.
