Slab On Grade

Construction, repair, replacement, and rehabilitation of concrete slabs cast directly on prepared ground or supporting subgrade. Work may include concrete placement, reinforcement, crack and joint repairs, leveling, localized replacement, moisture mitigation, and addressing settlement or deterioration affecting the slab.

CONCRETE RESTORATION

Epoxy Injections

Injection of specialized epoxy resins into cracks and voids in concrete and other structural materials to bond separated surfaces, restore continuity, and seal against moisture intrusion. Epoxy injection is commonly used for repairing cracks in structural concrete elements such as slabs, beams, columns, walls, and foundations.

Structural & Surface Repairs

Repair and restoration of damaged, deteriorated, or weakened structural and surface components of a building or structure. Work may include concrete repairs, crack and spall repairs, damaged masonry, deteriorated finishes, exposed reinforcement, localized material replacement, and other repairs necessary to restore the condition and performance of affected areas.

Timely structural and surface repairs help prevent localized damage from progressing into more extensive deterioration. Proper repairs restore the integrity, appearance, and functionality of affected components while helping protect the underlying structure from moisture, weather exposure, and further damage.

Joint Sealants & Expansion Joints

Installation, repair, and replacement of expansion joints and joint sealants used to accommodate movement and protect transitions between building components. These systems are commonly found in concrete structures, masonry, facades, parking structures, decks, and other areas where materials are subject to thermal expansion, contraction, vibration, or structural movement.

Properly functioning expansion joints and sealants allow building components to move without causing damage while helping prevent water, air, and debris from entering vulnerable joints. Maintaining these systems helps reduce moisture intrusion, deterioration, and damage to surrounding materials while extending the service life of the building envelope and structure.
