WATERPROOFING

Chemical Grout Injections

Injection of specialized chemical grout into cracks, joints, voids, and surrounding soil to seal water infiltration, stabilize structures, and improve ground conditions. Chemical grout can be used to address leaks, groundwater intrusion, soil movement, and voids beneath or around foundations, slabs, walls, and other structural components.

Traffic Coatings

Traffic coatings are protective waterproof systems designed for surfaces that experience regular foot or vehicle traffic, such as parking garages, balconies, walkways, decks, ramps, and elevated concrete surfaces. These durable coatings create a seamless barrier that helps prevent water from penetrating the concrete while also protecting against wear, UV exposure, chemicals, and daily use. In addition to extending the life of the surface, traffic coatings improve safety by providing slip-resistant finishes and reducing the risk of cracks and water damage.

Hot Applied + Cold Applied

Hot and cold applied waterproofing are proven methods used to protect roofs, foundations, decks, and other surfaces from water intrusion. Both systems create a durable waterproof barrier that helps prevent leaks, moisture damage, and premature deterioration. The right application depends on the type of project, the surface being waterproofed, and the level of protection required. Hot-applied systems are heated before installation to create a seamless, highly durable membrane, while cold-applied systems are installed without heat, making them an excellent option for projects where open flames or hot equipment are not practical.

Sheet Membrane

Application of durable sheet membrane systems to waterproof and protect foundations, below-grade walls, decks, roofs, and other areas exposed to moisture. The membrane creates a continuous barrier that helps prevent water intrusion and protects building materials from moisture-related deterioration.

Proper waterproofing helps prevent leaks, mold growth, corrosion, and structural damage caused by prolonged moisture exposure. A properly installed sheet membrane also helps protect the building envelope and extend the service life of the underlying structure.
