Lido Pool Repipe

This project on a mid-rise 14-floor building located in Downtown Denver included a full assessment of the rooftop pool and extensive plumbing modifications to repair damaged elements and meet current performance standards. ​GPR scanning on the pool slab and foundation wall identified areas where new pool supply inlets and supply lines could be core-drilled. New commercial-grade EPDM link seals were installed, along with new 2-inch piping to connect the heat exchanger. Floor return fittings were installed at designated openings, completing the system and improving overall performance.​ The existing pool coating was patched and recoated to provide long term durability to the residents.
